Hyundai vehicles just keep winning
Hyundai needs to clear more room off their award shelf because automotive research and consulting firm AutoPacific awarded the Hyundai Elantra and the Hyundai Azera 2011 Ideal Vehicle Award (IVA) winners in their categories. The Elantra breezed over tough competition in the compact category. The Azera won the large car segment. And Hyundai took home the 2nd place overall in Popular Brand Rankings.
This recogition shouldn’t surprise anyone after Hyundai’s endeavors to make better cars more affordable. They’ve redesigned the modern sedan, made luxury amenities standard, and offer more 40mpg vehicles standard than any other maker.
“It’s getting harder and harder to measure quality differences in today’s vehicles,” said George Peterson, president, AutoPacific. “Consumers need better insights into which vehicles will meet their ideal for comfort, ride and handling, cargo space, and other attributes that are experienced on a daily basis. IVA winners deliver the most of what consumers are really looking for in their vehicles.”
“Having our models recognized for AutoPacific’s 2011 Ideal Vehicle Awards is a testament to the hard work and dedication that goes into all the vehicles in the Hyundai lineup,” said Scott Margason, director Product Planning, Hyundai Motor America. “At Hyundai, we strive to exceed customer expectations in safety, quality, value and performance, and look forward to continuing to develop more award winning vehicles as we bring the 2012 Accent and Veloster to market this year.”
Sounds like the Sonata might have some interfamily competition. Fort Myers new car dealership, O’Brien Hyundai is excited to start rolling out new 2012 Accents and Velosters. And even if you’re looking for used cars, Ft. Myers O’Brien Hyundai has what you need to get out on the open road!
